It was very simple and easy process in an out in a hour Thomas was very helpful throughout the process
I worked with Roshunda at the Durham, NC office. She was on-time, professional and courteous throughout the process. Unfortunately her I-Pad which is used for the assessment process was not working so she had to use her personal phone to take pictures of the vehicle and to enter her written notes into the system manually. Hector at Silver Spring location was easy to work with but was very busy being the only employee there that day (COVID?), so plan on spending extra time to complete the transaction (I think it took more like 90 minutes instead of the 45 minutes others have reported). We forgot to remove our EZ-pass transponder and Hector retrieved it for us and kept it until we came back - that was nice. Be prepared to negotiate on price - their initial offer will not please you, but it is not combative.
Barb, Michael was friendly, knowable, and efficient with the service he provided. We felt that we received a fair price for our car with his help. I would certainly recommend this company.
Bob at We Buy and Car in Peters Township was nothing but professional and courteous. The entire process was smooth and seamless with no issues or concerns.
