Very honest and efficient process. In a little less than an hour an agreement was reached and i was out the door with a check in hand!
Awful. What was supposed to take an hour or so to complete took 4 hrs and 10 minutes. They had more problems than a math book. Computer issues, tech support issues, faxing issues, printing issues. The person who approved the deal forgot to submit it and then went to a meeting. Had to have a tech support person track them down to complete the process.
