My husband and I went to the Wilmington DE location. Dylan was very pleasant and helpful from the get go. He is honest and up front about everything, which is refreshing and welcomed! We were selling our 2003 RAV4 which had just begun to show signs of giving out. When Dylan was inspection the vehicle it suddenly started making a ticking sound.
