We came to the *********PA office to sell our 2010 Dodge Nitro which had many miles on it. Stephen greeted us at the door and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The appointment took a little over 30 mins and was easy. Stephen explained all the paperwork in terms we easily understood and answered any questions we had. Great customer service and such a simple way to sell a car!
We buy any car was a good experience. Josh was GREAT to work with,, he told us what was going on every step of the way. It was relaxed, believe it or not, a CAR transaction, really. We got 90% of what we wanted, and it was well worth not to have to trade it in. We were getting another car a few days later and the dealership was the usual pain in the toucas, far simpler for us not to have a trade in. We will use them again, and we'll be looking for JOSH at Colerain too.
