This is a bait and switch con. After fully disclosing everything about my vehicle in the online form, they issue an inflated amount they are willing to pay and inform me online that the next step is a visual inspection that may adjust that amount up or down based on the shape of the car. The website valued the car at one price and when we got to the dealer they decided to not give us what the website valued it at. They cut it in half and pointed out minor things to justify it.
Had a great experience. Brought my 2 year old daughter with us and they gave her jelly beans and let her watch her favorite show while we waited. 100% recommend selling your car here. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating here.

Probably no one really gets what they would like for their sale, but we appreciate the attempts to get as close to what we asked for.
