I was prepared for the "bait and switch" compared to the online quote but ended up being very pleased with the end result. James seemed genuinely interested in getting the best deal for me at the same time fulfilling his obligation to the company. On line quote was about double the in person quote with no significant findings at the in person review . Alveristo was cordial, but I was not happy with what appeared to be a bait and switch game. Their on line tool should be improved or there should be better agreement with the final review.
Richard did an amazing job. Easy paperwork, car inspection, and comparable price to CarMax and Carvana. Walked out check in hand in about 30 minutes. He is an Army veteran so glad to have worked and met him.
