This was an excellent experience!. Dywan B******* is a fantastic guy who was great to work with and sell my car. This experience was so easy and so efficient. He was very thorough and extremely professional. As advertised, it took one hour to start the process and leave with a check in my hand! This is a great way to sell a used car.

Actual offer was not even close to the online offer. Tried to discount due to being a government car! If anything they should have offered more knowing it was taken care of. No reason given for the other $2000 discount they were trying to get. It was so like going to a dealership and have them try to steal your car.

Joshua did a great job. However, the actual offer was much lower than what I got online. I had to negotiate for more, but still did not get the initial online offer. Would I have gotten more elsewere? I don't know.
