The web was not a good experience. The web estimate was 600% higher than the initial on site offer. After some negotiating I was able to get almost 2/3rds of the web site offer. The location was not easy to find. No signage to identify they where in the back of the building. Had to jump thru some extra hoops due to the offsite document review. I will not use them again. The Branch Manager was nice and pleasant. Even he was frustrated with offsite doc reviewer.
It was an easy and streamline process! They gave us a good deal! Kaitlyn was an EXCELLENT help and was patient as we decided what to do! We would go there again!
