I thought Ciera answered my questions fairly and made me feel at ease with the entire process! Never have sold my car to this type of company before! I expected to get around $800, but excessive structural damage to the sub-frame came out at around $400 instead! Overall, I would recommend this service to others that would like to get a fair price for their vehicle without going the trade-in route!
