I was very pleased with my car-selling experience. The local representative (Lee from Leesburg) was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, and offered me a fair price for my vehicle. I would definitely use this company again. Having to sell my husband's vehicle after his death was difficult, but her compassion and care made it easier.

I worked with Roshunda at the Durham, NC office. She was on-time, professional and courteous throughout the process. Unfortunately her I-Pad which is used for the assessment process was not working so she had to use her personal phone to take pictures of the vehicle and to enter her written notes into the system manually. This made the appointment go from a 1 hour process to about 2 and a half hour process. Throughout Roshunda was a trooper and worked hard to make the sale work.
