I was very happy with my experience at webuyanycars. Initially I was a little skeptical but the manager was very up front and transparent about the process. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I did my homework before going in so I had an idea where I wanted to be in our transaction. In the end I felt our transaction was fair and good for both parties.

Process takes too long. Really wish I was told upfront that the process of going over the vehicle was so in depth. Checking paint thickness pretty much every square inch of the vehicle seems a bit excessive. Then the paperwork at the end was too time consuming. If I sold my vehicle to any one else, my wife would not have to sit around and wait, but because her name was on the title, she had to suffer through it with me. She had already signed the title, but WBAC has this "rule" that she had to sign a bunch of other NEEDLESS ... read more
