The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The gave me close to the price that was listed on the website. The price they gave was 5 times more then dealerships trade in price. Paperwork was easy, and they took great care to make sure you understood what you were signing.
It was very easy to make an appt, and to reschedule one. If there was a light on the sign, it would have been a little easier to find it in the evening. Everything else was great. The communication and friendliness were exactly what you want when selling a vehicle.
