Our experience with Matthew here I Columbus, Ohio was great! He was friendly right from the start and worked quickly as promised. We were in and out within an hour. Would definitely recommend coming here if you’ve got a car you want to get rid of without a lot of hassle. We received what we wanted for our vehicle and walked away very happy.
They signed all the paperwork and the title and then when getting final approval to cut the check said there was an error on the title and would need me to go get another title. I dispute the error (they think an "8" looks like a "B") but now because they're already signed and stamped I do have to pay to get a new title, and I can't sell my car to anyone now.

The process to sell our 2013 Honda Accord at the Longwood, Florida branch was quick and easy. Price was fair. My only complaint was the sign out front should be bigger. I passed the driveway twice coming off US 17-92.
