Great customer service by Roshunda! A straightforward sale threatened to turn into a major hassle when a question came up about a supposedly duplicate title. Instead of sending me on my way to deal with the DMV on my own, Roshunda went the extra mile and figured out how to resolve this matter right then and there in the office, saving me time and the inconvenience of a return trip to sell the car.
