It was so easy! I used their website for a quote, and then made an appointment for them to come to my house to look at our car. Melanie came and was very nice and professional. She inspected the car, and we negotiated the price based on the quote and the condition of the car. She handled all the paperwork and inspection in under an hour. And we didn't even have to leave our house!
