I went in for surgery early they took me in set me up . Let my hubby back for a few min. Then off to surgery I went! The team was great and I loved my dr. Glass out of finger and I'm home doung well.
Dr Donnelly, Kyle, and all of the office staff deserve 5 stars. They are excellent. Unfortunately the office is ridiculously overbooked. Wait times average 1-2 hours every times we are seen at both the SR and Dublin offices. Wait times when calling tend to be 8-10 minutes on hold. The people are wonderful but the office is so poorly managed that we would not use them again.
Doctor Stuffman was absolutely amazing. Compassionate and professional, he did an amazing job on my finger operation. He even allowed me to pick the music for my surgery, top of the line. The people in the office however are extremely unprofessional. They called me 6 months after the surgery and told me out of the blue that I owed them 1,000 dollars and were very rude with me. They had told me previously that I had paid the full amount, and couldn't even tell me where the extra $1,000 came from! I had I had been back 6 times... read more
