I called Juan at Webster Mobile Mechanics to finish a brake job on my 2016 F150 after it turned into a much bigger job than I had planned. He answered the phone quickly, was able to schedule me same day, and showed up to my house exactly when he said he would. His price was extremely fair for doing pads and rotors on 3 out of 4 wheels and calipers on the rear, and even though the front of my truck was incredibly labor intensive and rusted, Juan completed the job for the price agreed on. Great service!!! Has been a lifesaver on various occasions for my car to go to work.
Juan came out and ran a diagnostic on my car and determined it was something very minor, which he corrected immediately and at no cost. He could easily have ripped me off for hundreds of dollars if he had wanted, because I know nothing about cars. But he is too honest and ethical. All he charged was his VERY LOW diagnostic fee.
