Best apartment to be in if you value a short walk to CMU. Management is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Webster Hall.

I love living in Webster Hall. It’s on the pricier side for Oakland living, but you do get what you pay for. The place is so well managed, and any time I have had a maintenance issue (which have all been minor) it has been addressed within 24 hours. Jessica, Lou, Kimberly Marques and Gregg are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people I have ever met. I lived here for 2 years during my time at Pitt and my roommates and I had a great experience. The maintenance staff is super responsive to any issues, as well as Kim and Jessica helping with any needs you may have.
Kim and Jessica are friendly, responsive, and helpful. Had an amazing stay for 2 years.
