The worst doctor I visited. Doesn't know the basic things
I will never recommend dr. Webster to any of my family or friends.
It is clear that this doctor doesn't care about his patients at all. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Guy Webster to anyone. I waited for my appointment for weeks and didn't get the help I needed.
the doctor barely looked at me and spent less than 2 minutes listening to my concerns. And I had to wait for 4 weeks for this appointment.
A cranky receptionist ignored several of us and said, "Sit down and I will get to you when I finish." Dr. Webster breezed in after a long wait, glanced at some of my skin for less than 3 minutes for my "complete screening" and edged his way toward the door. Only after I pressed him to remove two questionable spots did he address them perfunctorily before dismissing me and scooting away. Total time was less than 10 minutes. His "efficient" exam left unexamined spots and unanswered questions.
Got an appt within 24 hours. Had to wait a little while in waiting room but not an issue...Doctors get a little backed up sometimes. Dr Webster spent the appropriate amount of time examining me, answering all my questions etc. He seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and his bedside demeanor was outstanding!
My husband and I were new patients, and we walked into the office for our 1st appointment and the receptionist at the left window, never even looked up at us and didn't even say hello. So rude! We assumed we signed the clipboard and sat down. A simple hello, or acknowledgement would have been nice. Once in the room with Dr Guy Webster he was very nice and took the time he needed with us. Beside the not welcoming feeling in the waiting room he was very nice!
