i've been going to Dr. Webster for about 15 years, and have always been very pleased with his care. He's treated skin cancer and pre-cancer conditions over the years. He and his staff are always pleasant and professional, and I've never had any problem with the billing.
The doctor was running 1/2 hour late for the appointment, when he entered he didn't introduce himself, and the appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. He barely looked at my child's face, and was walking towards the door the entire time. He did not provide any guidance the only questions I got answered were when I kept asking. My insurance company confirmed that he billed for a 30-44 minute appointment and when I questioned it, they told me it was accurate for the appointment and ongoing care. The appointment felt rushed. Dr. Webster did a full body scan in a few brief moments--didnt feel like a thorough check. He ignored my comments & questions unless I repeated them or pressed him for a response. Even then he failed to adequately address my concerns about scores & rashes Ive been getting. I reslly wish his wife hadn't retired (which, btw, they failed to send out ,to her patients notice of her leaving.) She was patient, engaged, and thorough. Her husband could take a few lessons from her.
If you have growth on your skin and ask him what it is, he asks you why you want to know with a smirk. Won't take into account what your other doctors say. Does the bare minimum on your skin. Avoid.
If I could “0” stars I would. Have had a chronic allergic reaction/skin condition since November 2019 and have gotten no answers. Completed the skin test where nothing showed and was just left with that with no next steps. Visits were in and out, you don’t feel heard, and if you are looking for an office or team with the most up to date knowledge and skin/product recommendations this is not it. I think Dr. Guy Webster is outstanding. He is fast, thorough and very good at his job. If something needs to be removed, he does it painlessly. I highly recommend him.

Very quick but thorough exam. Answers any questions or concerns I have. His front office could be improved but they get the job done.
