I ordered contacts from them on Wednesday, June 18, Order# ********. Called them on Thursday, the 26th and asked why I was charged the full amount instead of part being billed to my insurance. Lady I spoke with assured it would be billed on that Friday. It never happened. Called again today on July 8 and heard the same story that it will for sure be billed today or tomorrow.
