Reason: Refuse to allow me to return the incorrect item, after the 4th time calling, they no longer answer the phone, associated with my number.I ordered the contacts from web eye care. This is the second time I received blue contacts, last year I just ordered a second pair because I thought it was my mistake. I ordered with prescriptions, but they sent a wrong axis. I called the following Monday and the customer service representative said they will expedite the replacement and send the return instructions. One week after the call, I still have not received the replacement and had to email so I have proof of the request for replacement so now I am still waiting and will have to reuse my couple remaining dailies. Please do not over promise if you cannot deliver as promised. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

I was notified that my credit card needed to be updated in order for my contacts subscription to be renewed. I went in and ordered my contacts with new credit card and checked for card to be updated. I was sent 2 orders and charged for both. I called to see if I could return one of the orders and get refunded. I was told I would get email with instructions on how to return.
