Amazing people and amazing prices. I ordered contacts for my son. He opened a contact and there was nothing there. I contacted customer service and they immediately send me another pair. I will only shop here for my contacts.

The price is competitive, which (I'll be honest) was my primary reason for choosing this site. The contacts arrived quickly. I am giving 4 stars because the contacts work great but I have a couple concerns. Unfortunately, the $10 off coupon I "spun to win" did not work at checkout. I received another coupon through email AFTER my order for "$10 off my first order". The contact boxes are half in English and the other half I assume in Chinese.
