Deceptive pricing. Like a few other competitors, they surprise you with a processing fee at the final stage of checkout that jacks the total up by about 50%. (In my case, an extra $47 on a $120 subtotal.) They cheekily call this transparency in pricing. Really? No, transparent pricing would be disclosing these fees up front, not as a surprise right before the credit card number gets taken.

Hello. We understand the frustration - fees are everywhere online. On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separately from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up-front about ours as possible by listing the charges separately in the Cart. Whether we have a higher per-box price and no handling or a lower box price and processing, our total price is the best. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
