I am a repeat customer who values the prompt and efficient shipping and support I always receive from WebEyeCare.com. I have had only one issue over the years that was a box of lenses with a broken seal. CS didn't miss a beat, instantly replacing the box for me. I'm still puzzled as to why the pricing of the same scrip Acuvue2 contacts fluctuate so much between re-orders.

I have ordered from Web Eye Care for some time, just because it's easy and fast, however in January I ordered a new set of contacts. They emailed me to alert me I needed to upload an updated prescription from my doctor, but we needed to make an appointment. I assumed they just cancelled my order however when I reviewed my CC charges they had gone ahead and charged me for contacts they had no intention of sending. I want to give 0 stars. I recently ordered contacts from this site not knowing anything about them besides it was cheaper. I have not received said contacts yet so I emailed them and asked. A guy named Cole emailed me back saying my order is still pending and I’ll receive another email giving me my tracking number. Great. But instead, I wake up to a text from a guy who lives in New Jersey (I am in Arkansas) that has my contacts. He’s tried calling WebEyeCare to see if he can get a shipping label to mail it back to me. I ordered my glasses back in the middle of December. It's now January 13th and I have yet to receive my glasses. After multiple phone calls and emails to them, I was told they needed my PD measurement. I sent that in 2 weeks ago. So, today I called them again. I was told that they just received my PD measurement TODAY!!! That's a big crock of steaming horse shit. I was told today that I would get my glasses in 7 to 10 business days. My suggestion: find somewhere else to buy your glasses. This is a poor excuse for a business.

Do not order from here ! I placed my order on 12/03/2020 it is now 01/05/2021 and I still have not received my order ! I have called many times and get the same recording and no return call . I have emailed many times and I get no reply . This company is a sham !! Do not order from the !! I have just finished a complaint with the BBB to try to get my money back . I got exactly what I ordered at a great price. Once they were able to verify the prescription it didn't take long to get my new contacts. Love them. I definitely recommended them.
