Horrible experience. I am out roughly $200. I just got off the phone with my Doctor's office and confirmed that the prescription for my right of total 30 was for a base of 8.6 and the left for a base of 8.4. Webeyecare is telling me that total 30 eye contacts are not made with a 8.6 base at all and that is incorrect. They filled it and now I can not see out of the right eye the way they sent it. Hi Chrystal, We do apologize for any inconvenience, however, the contact lens in question is only made in the BC 8.4 as per the manufacturer's website. We did also confirm with Sabrina at your doctor's office that the original prescription showing an 8.6 base curve was a clerical error. They informed us an updated Rx was available for you reflecting that. If you'd like to return the product, you may do so with the return form that was emailed to you today.
Ordered the Torics and they were delivered within a good time range considering they have to be specific made due to higher Cylinder. Good Price.
