I have received services here since 2019 - current. I was first introduced to the facility as part of my recovery program. I wanted change and worked the programs. They worked. I've continued using the mental health therapy. Changing therapists if I didn't think they were a good fit was never an issue. My daughter also uses their programs on the youth side for mental health. I see Joni who is a prescriber, she's great at what she does and cares about her patients. Why is this the only place that accepts Medicaid in Ogden? These reviews are terrifying.
I was referred here by mkot which is the community outreach mental health crisis observation team I believe and they were phenomenal!!! I was extremely leery to go because in the past they have had terrible customer service the care that you received was very below mediocre but this time around I cannot say enough good things about this place just my experience I can't speak for other people but this time around for me I think is a whole different ballpark for me and I am so relieved to have gotten the help that I have this ... read more
I went to see this lady named Leslie Jones the Employment Specialist I watched her and she seemed very flippant in regards to her behaviors and one particular point when we were sitting down and there was another man in the room supposedly being trained she jumped up from the desk and went into the hallway and just stood there strangely I don't know what she was doing it was really weird I had explained to her about my job situation of these people basically telling lies at my jobs she claimed that she was going to talk to t... read more
