The people here are so nice. they made everything easy to understand. And they took the time to explain things to me so I could understand better. I would definitely buy another car from them .

Well we went there just to look around for a car we found one and we dealt with matt he was very professional and courteous funny made us feel at ease after that take a new car home so we appreciate you guys thanks Matt

I was told workers would be wearing masks, some were, most weren't. Even the one's that wore them, took them off while they drove customer cars. So droplets aren't occurring in a small enclosed space??? I was told they were disinfecting everything they touched before the customer gets back in their vehicle. I saw a worker get directly out of a customer car, hands straight off the sterringwheel, no mask, and did not wipe anything down. Just put the owner in her car. She was wearing a mask, but was unaware they did not follow ... read more
The buying of car is fine. However during purchasing vehicle we scheduled maintenance on it for the next week first thing on a day. They never even looked at it! Didn’t call nothing, I called them and oh ya we didn’t get to it so need to try the next day. Why schedule appts then? So now my sons been without his car and we’ve had to rearrange things we were doing on our vacation so my son can use my car since his is in shop for undetermined length of time. Why have appts if they aren’t even looking at them then 🤷🏻♀️
My husband and I just purchase a new Chevy Traverse over the weekend and it is a beauty! Our salesperson Chris Kavadas was awesome! He was very kind, patient and never pushy through the entire process. He was very professional with great customer service. Our overall experience there was great! Would definitely recommend Chris if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.😄
