Vehicle bought with 5,058 miles been in for service 7 times in 8 months. Mileage at last oil change 26,046 check engine light on and engine oil change due service required notice popping up 2,000 miles later. Currently using a new certified technician to service vehicle because after mentioning the thought of contacting an attorney Weber Granite City refuses to service the vehicle. Extremely unsatisfied with vehicle and customer service.
Worse dealership ever don't do what they are asked to do to the customers cars wen asked by the customer and our car has been in and out of there shop since we bought it roughly 6-8 months ago and they still can't fix it right it still runs rough and drives rough and gums going down the road and still has a motor knock/tick and the tech there said it was suposed to make that noise lol motors new or old should not knock nor tick especially with the car only having 25k miles on it and they don't want to take care of nething to... read more
