After a few consultations with different groups in Charlotte, I decided that Dr. Colin Webb, and his case manager, Melissa, were the right fit. The staff at Webb Orthodontics is the best! Always friendly and punctual, they maintain a great office environment, and we actually look forward to our appointments!
Recently, had an assessment for braces at Webb Ortho. The staff were all top notch and I felt truly welcomed. On top of that, I mentioned to some other friends I had gone to get a quote there and they raved about how great of a job the Webb team does.
We actually switched from another orthodontist in town...Webb is a better value, more professional, and the staff is always helpful and kind. Glad we followed a friend's recommendation and switched to Webb!
Webb Orthodontics is amazing! I actually look forward to taking my kids. The entire staff is awesome, along with a great office environment. Coffee, soda, water, wi-fi so I can work during their appointments, Xbox games, not to mention all of the incredibly fun contests throughout the year!
My teeth are still perfect after all these years! Thanks guys, you all do fantastic work! :-)
