Complex is nice
We moved in January 2024. We are in a terrace apartment with worn out steps leading down to our unit. The steps are worn out due to age and a leaking gutter pouring rain water on the steps. I have been told numerous times that someone would come look at them. Then told someone had looked at them. Then told they are waiting on corporate for approval to repair/replace.
