I had the best experience when I visited Webb Bridge. They were so welcoming! The community is beautiful and the apartment I toured was awesome!
I’ve lived here for two years, there are spiders and roaches constantly. They only clean the exterior to remove cobwebs once a year. The pool is almost never open due to random unexplained reasons, and management is constantly changing. Upside, great location; downside, literally everything else.
I currently live in Michigan but I am looking for an apartment in Georgia, Heather was very helpful and very professional finding exactly what I’m looking for. Webb bridge crossing seems like it will be the perfect place for me and I can’t wait to move in.
This apartment is great. I love the location and the staff that works here is phenomenal. Any time I need help with anything they are so willing.
Leasing staff is kind and attentive but that about it... rent went up $150 this lease and that was WITH negotiations!!! The 'amenities ' we are supposed to get (pool, workout center and playground) are AND have been non existent for the two (now going on three) years we've been here. The trash compactor in the front of the community was broken for a whopping 2 1/2 almost 3 months!!! The 'renovations ' to the apartments are cheap at best and EVERYTHING breaks!
