A new property management company took over last year. Availability, response time, service, etc., have all lacked compared to before. The pool is still closed and it’s July 3rd!! It is supposed to open the last weekend of May. My building is also sinking, causing the living room to be unleveled and the outside support beams to separate from the room. I lived here from 2 years ago and I like the location. The maintenance are poor, the appliances are old like the construction. Techs try to keep running this comunity. No service pool at this time one month of summer and still closed.... the blame is resting in the city.... so sad for that. Very slow to solve problems.. One week to change a bulb... And still waiting
