As Always a very pleasant experience with the staff, Dr. Merrell and the office environment. Keep up the excellent work.
Noone enjoys dental procedures, so I was dreading my appt for a crown. From the beginning to the end of the procedure, Dr Jill was amazing. There was never a time that I was in pain during the procedure. I hope to not have any more crowns in the near future BUT if I were to have to, I will definitely not be stressed over the appointment!
Dr(s) Merrill have what appears to be state-of-the-art equipment , provide individualized consultations and honest advice when it comes to treatment options. The staff is outgoing friendly and courteous. A fine dentistry experience.
Two crowns. Blocked out five hours and took less than four. Did a great job explaining the procedure and process of making them. Both crowns are permanent (no temps) and fit perfectly. You gotta love technology and the people that take the time to learn as well as use it.
Thank You: I have had a varied dental experience across the country. From CA-NH-MA-WI and back again to CA from age 8-63! This is THE BEST office I have even been to. I love Dr. Jill and her staff. Kathy, my hygienist is the most gentle I have seen to date. Both she and Dave treat their assistants with dignity and respect. Something I really appreciate as a former nurse. As usual , my experience was great. I hate to go to the dentist and it always scares me. But Weaverville dentist operation is terrific!
Excellent care.
I met with Dr. Dave Merrill for a consultation. His dental assistant did photographs of the two teeth with fillings to check for any fracture lines, and also photos of my teeth when my lips were mechanically extended into a smile. The dental assistant also checked my gums for perodontal disease. Dr. Merrill talked about what he thought would be important areas to address in the future including crowns on the back molar which has significant silver fillings and for one front tooth. My entire family loves to visit the dentist! Most recently, my 5-year-old, who has a tendency to be uncooperative, even let her patient and sweet hygienist Erin take x-rays! Thank you to everyone at Weaverville Family Dentistry for being so wonderful to patients of all ages!
