Erin was gentle and friendly, but very thorough. She did an excellent job with no discomfort.
I tend to get a little anxious when going to the dentist but always settle right down after talking and seeing the employees. They are polite and know what they are doing. I had Sydney, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth. I must say I believe this was the first time I had someone clean my teeth in a gentle way. Dr. Dave is always a pleasure to see. I never dread visiting the dentist. Ashley is always very sweet and professional. And Dr. Jill is alway very attentive to my needs. I very thankful to have found this dental office.
First visit to this office. Was extremely impressed. Staff very professional and welcoming. Hygienist (Erin) was superb: explained everything, thorough, friendly, professional. And, I really appreciated Dr Daves assessment that monitoring rather that treating some issues makes sense. Overall very reassuring. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Jill and Dr. David set the bar for client experience. They are knowledgeable, thorough and great with adults and children. We are continuously impressed and love this practice...best hygienist and dentists in our area!

Having had a few crowns over the years, I've had both good and bad experiences among the three previous dentists. I broke a tooth which was beyond repair and demanded a crown. Immediately anxiety rose it's ugly head yet having confidence in Dr. Merrill with my previous visit and with the knowledge of a one stop shop crown appointment I was at ease.
