We have been here just over a year, and have liked it so far. We love being so close to everything.Our neighbors in our building have been alright, but recently something has changed here in 1340. Someone has been leaving loose garbage lying around the ground outside of the building and empty energy drink cans ,20oz bottles full of stuff setting on the steps. By the time I get home from work this is gone but still gross to see. We have clean building from what I've seen of it so let's keep it that way.
Awesome place to call home! Management and Maintenance are wonderful, always taking care of our family needs. Kid friendly neighborhood and very clean atmosphere.
I’ve been living here since last August and have had a great experience with their management. Especially the lady at the office named Ashely. They’ve been super sweet to us whenever something’s happened and their maintenance man always shows up rather quickly to fix any issues we have.
Weaver Farm is a great and beautiful place to live!
Great Apartments. Clean Building. Quiet Complex. Defiantly Reccomend!
Been almost here a half a year. Im a private person. Its quite. We had a leak in our dishwasher, and reported it. Was fixed with in the day. They give you a notice when they are about to do something in your apartment or even your building.
nice place to live parking lot clean all the time also the stair , the hall always clean. every things is close to here
People are friendly and staff is very helpful
Everyone including maintenance Cleaning crew and office personnel are all amazing employees from top to bottom can't imagine a better place to live
