The Property Managers’ at this community are the most caring, helpful, and friendly that I have ever worked with! They care about their tenants, work with you if there is a problem, and make sure you are happy with the property! The keep the property clean, and a safe place to live! There’s always community involvement, and things do do with family and friends! Great place to live!
Just recently moved here and I love this place! It’s calm and peaceful! Friendly neighbors I recommend living here. And the staffs are so nice! I will be living here as long as I can!

I have very much enjoyed living at Weaver Farms. I moved to the Florence area for an internship and the staff has been very helpful. I have never had a problem with the maintenance crew and the neighbors generally keep to themselves. The apartments are well kept and up to date. This apartment complex is very close to Mall Road and US 42 so I am close to everything I need.
