I live in Florence and have driven by Weaver Farm Apartments many times and always thought what a nice community it looks to be. And now, as a Towne Properties employee, I knew I was right. The apartment homes are beautiful and the staff is so friendly and professional. Being a dyed in the Big Blue Kentuckian I will always call this part of the country my home. And if I didn't have my single family house I would definitely live at Weaver Farm.
The electric in building 1090 keeps cutting on and off for the past two weeks. They came and checked the breakers in the apartment thought it was the breakers on the outside supposedly fixed them but the problem still exists. I wish this great maintenance would actually work and be great meanwhile food in the fridge is going bad ice cream has melt.
Good place to start out but that's it. they are redoing the roads and they way they are doing it has messed a lot of the parking up. Noone saw how many people live here. It took me almost a hour to find a parking spot in my own apartment complex. I don't think they plan things very or look at the whole picture when they are doing. Can't wait to leave this place and I won't be telling anyone to live here either.

Management doesn't do a thing about complaints then can't understand tenants' frustrations. Pretty pathetic.
I have been here almost 3 years. Maintenance is wonderful and so is the office staff. Any problem I have had which is usually minor they have taken care of it right away. The grounds are beautiful. This is not just an apt complex its a home.

I love how quiet the apts are.neighbors are friendly.staff...the best. I used to live here a couple years ago....liked so much I just moved back a few months ago. NOW A YEAR LATER,I STILL LOVE IT HERE. All staff is very caring. Maintenance is fast and friendly also.
