Install of the heat pump was done great and on time. But it quit working on me in March and it is now the end of July and I am still waiting for them to come and fix it. I also work in the service industry and this is completely unacceptable to me. I call at least 2 times a week and all what they say is that the dispatch will call me by the end of the day and I hear nothing from them. No issues from Weaver Eco Home on HVAC install at all. The unit was a heatpump which was running as my primary heat source within two weeks of the Canada Green Loan application. Worry is the worst so no worries with Weaver Gary

Had a heat pump installed end of August 2023 and in the first par of January it quit working I called and they ask me to go over my thermostat and we did and found no problem with it then they said they would send it to the service department and I would get a call for an appointment a week goes by no call so I call back and said that they would send a person out on Saturday between 11 and 1 to take a look I was all day waiting and was a no show list my whole day so I called on the Monday and no response I called on the Tues... read more
