I emailed WeatherTech Canada before purchasing and asked specifically whether their products go on sale. I was told, without qualification, “We never reduce, discount, or put our items on sale.” Based on that assurance, I made my purchase. The following month, the same product went on sale. When I requested a price adjustment, WeatherTech refused. I am disappointed in the misleading information and the lack of customer support.
I bought their fantastic floor maps on Black Friday.... and spent time in their large showroom. I'm confused though, the store name includes the word PERFORMANCE but there really aren't any performance products for sale.
