well they need to not lurk through people yards when there sleeping talking loud , and this is the staff doing this , the corpate office of zeman homes
John in the office is very responsive and this was by far the best park we visited
RecommendedStopped by during the Open House last week and had all of my questions answered - been watching this property for the past 18 months - very well maintained and for the people writing the negative comments, haters gotta hate.
very nice beautiful park, nice homes, and friendly staff...
They overcharge you for rent. Never answer their phones. And keep your whole deposit regardless of how well kept the place is. Not to mention the mold in the door way, the spider infestation and the fact that they never fix the sink right! Neighbors across the street are crazy and vandalize you vehicle but the park doesn’t have a thing to say about it. Definitely was home for us only because we brought our new born baby home their but I would not recommend living there.
