I emailed in about an issue, and I got a prompt email response and phone call. They came up with a solution to my issue. Was impressed with the personal service and quick response!!
I had spent hours on a programming issue. 1 email to Weathermatic support and 10 minutes later the answer was proposed. 10 more minutes later the unit was re-programmed and everything is now running perfectly. thanks again Weathermatic. Lionel.
The overall Weathermatic products are great. What is not great is trying to get customer service. I have sent in service request for help and NEVER received emails or any information back. Ive also sent an email to the info email address and nothing. Most companies I work with, I can at least get a response. With Weathermatic, I get crickets
