I sent an email help in a controller problem, and they called me back in less that 5 minutes.

The overall Weathermatic products are great. What is not great is trying to get customer service. I have sent in service request for help and NEVER received emails or any information back. Ive also sent an email to the info email address and nothing. Most companies I work with, I can at least get a response. With Weathermatic, I get crickets
