Weathermatic's online support is great. I was having problems because my sprinklers were not running their set run time. I was skeptical about how long it would take to get an answer to my online ticket but within minutes received a response that nailed the problem and how to quickly fix it. Awesome!

The Weathermatic support team is very responsive, usually in a matter of hours addressing our issues and questions. As the person responsible for our homeowner association's sprinkler system I appreciate the rapid turnaround support they provide.

Could not reach support by phone or email. Weathermatics phone message system does not work. The irrigation controller will not turn on automatically.
WeatherMatic’s customer support is amazing! I put in a request online, after hours, about an obsolete sprinkler head, and got a Reply with 3-options the next morning at 7:57am! “Matt S.” replied with a resolution promptly. The Turbo 3 rotors in my yard have worked so well for years, but were damaged by a snowplow this last winter. These units have been trouble-free since there installation many, many years ago. I've got some older Weathermatic sprinkler valves that are failing. They could easily be 20 - 25 years old. I submitted a request to Weathermatic's Tech Support to see if they could identify them and if a repair kit was available. I included a picture of my valves. I received a response less than a half hour later with info on the model # of my valves and where I could get a repair kit.
