Contacted Weathermatic Tech support and within 30 minutes had my problem resolved and they sent me a quick guide to reset my controller. I had spent over an hour trying to find some local assistance and when contacting the company, problem was resolved quickly
I reached out to the WeatherMatic support center regarding an issue wrt the watering schedule: it was not appearing on the display. My inquiry was promptly acknowledged and addressed with precision. The matter was resolved within 24 hours. I commend the team for their efficiency and professionalism—please continue the excellent work.
