Just got a repair of our soil vent pipe on the roof. With all the rain - this needed quick attention. The guys who came out were awesome - repaired the pipe within 4 hours of my original call to ask for help. I had called several different companies to help us - and everyone wanted to send a salesperson to quote - and these quotes were scheduled a week from today. Steve, the salesman, was very good at his knowledge of roofing. He presented all the facts of the different kinds of shingles. We chose the top of the line he presented to us. The shingles and other parts were delivered as stated on Saturday. They began the roofing on Monday and were through at the end of the day on Monday. The cleanup went well. They did a good job on shingling the roof. The workers were friendly and personable. The job was inspected the next day by Steve and he approved of what they did. He found no fault ... read more
Steve Bicoll came prepared with brochures about products, samples, and copies of insurance and licenses for the initial meeting for the estimate. His quote was very specific and was slightly less than the other 3 companies we had contacted. One main selling feature was that no deposit was required. The other was that there was a 15 year workmanship warranty, when the other company's (who even mentioned it) was only 12 years. Weatherguard Roofing did a wonderful job for us in a bit of an emergency situation! They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly and Steve kept us informed every step of the way. The crew arrived on time and got to work laying tarps to protect our landscape immediately, completed the work beautifully and ....(wait for it) CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES!
