We had windows installed with this company years ago with a lifetime warranty, now I have several windows that need to be replaced and I can not get anyone to answer or return my calls. Is this company out of business? or what is going on?
I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give 0. I had my gutters and all the windows in my home replaced in 2007 by Weather Tamer. This was a huge expense for me. The windows have a lifetime warranty, unless you need to use it. I was only able to get someone to return my call when I left the message that I needed to speak to someone about windows. Has been over a year and no one has come to make the repair. Stay away from this company.
They will not return your phone calls.
