Weather Tamer just installed 11 new windows in my sister's house in Knoxville. They are just awesome. And what was so great about working with this company is that I reside in Dallas, so it was a long distance contract. Steve worked with me to make sure everything was finished to my sister's satisfaction. He also kept us updated when installation had to be rescheduled several times because of the weather. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Stay away from this company. They do not honor their lifetime warranty (at least in my case) and ignore your calls. They say they will call you back, but they don't. They are not worth the aggravation. They said they would repair my sliding glass door but I would have to pay for a service call. The salesman, and my interpretation of the contract, said the full cost will be covered under warranty. I will have the slider replaced by a different company at full cost just so I don't have to deal with this company any longer.

I strongly suggest staying away from Weather Tamer... they can't control their subcontractors and some work that had been promised they would finish on my gutters for 6 months has yet to be done and at this point it never will be. Stay away from this company, they can't back up what they promise.

We have seen our heating and cooling bills. – I would highly reccomend this company.The installation crew were very nice and our heating and cooling bills have went down. The windows are very energy efficient

FAKE Address – This address is a FAKE… it is an abandon warehouse that has been empty for two years. The address is also used for another business that is running a scam called Security Gate & Fence it is also used sometimes for Under Ground Fencing. Security Gate and Under Ground Fencing are shell companies for Jim Raby, also called James R Raby, James B. Raby, Clyde Raby, Jim Raby, Jim R. Raby, and Jim B. Raby. awful windows – i purchased windows and had vinyl soffits installed. My window frames are falling apart and the soffits are falling down. I have made numerous attempts to get them to come out to repair or replace them but now they won't even return my calls. I even contacted the BBB, but they won't even talk to them. Their products are supposed to have a life time warrenty, which would be great if they actually honored it. very satisfied – Weather Tamer has been a great company to work with . A new owner just took over not to long ago and he was very nice , the salesman wasnt one of those guys to go on and on about things that u really dont care and over sale hisself , he did his job he came and sold the windows. I am so happy with the vinyl double hung windows. my neighbors love them , i have saved so much on my kub , and they are so easy to clean,. i would def give them more bus in the future . BIG MISTAKE – The sales pitch sounds really good with the life time warranty even to whom ever you may sell your house to. That is until you try to use the warranty. The Better Business Bureau couldn't even get this company to fix the problems they told me to take them to court. The window are beautiful. My neighbors have all complimented me on them.
