Transferred a firearm, buyer chose this shop. Upon calling them to request they fax their FFL the person I spoke with was extremely rude and told me they would get to when they get to it before hanging up on me. Did not receive their FFL until the following day. Skip forward a week, tacking shows the firearm as delivered, contacted the buyer who informed me that he was aware the firearm arrived and that this shop told him he can't pick it up for a minimum of 12 hours. During their listed business hours they had the open sign on the door and the door locked. In the corner they had a small sign stating that they may be there or in the office and to call them. This is a terrible business model, if you're going to be open be open. I don't want to have to call someone just to come in and browse.
Horrible gun store. They never answer the phone and the workers are rude and clearly do not want to be there. They will give you a time to bring in a rifle and then when you bring it in they'll tell you to come back later
