Worst experience!!!! Geri needs to go back and learn accounting 101, and the definition of rental ready!! it does take weeks for a response, even when you have kept invoices, emails and captured text messages, pictures as proof of incompetence and mistakes made on the company’s behalf, no resolution. She has sold the business but sadly i have decided not to let her get away with her misrepresentation and will be pursuing legal action. Very shady company with lots of run arounds. Maintenance team is a joke, seems like they want their money and that's all, don't care about the tenants that live in their homes
