Ordered a 10oz steak special and it was delicious! Definitely would come here again.
Good food at a good price and great service from the waitress.
I decided to try we hop for the first time. I ordered wings and a cold drink. I got my cold drink and ended up waiting 2 hours for my wings that never came. I got up with my drink and left. The people that did receive their wings said they were way too hot for mild wings. Definitely not going to visit again anytime soon.

Waited over 40 min for wings. Had a party of 3 and 2 orders were messed up, watched our waitress check on every table around us, refill drinks at the next table and not once glance in our direction. Mild wings far too spicy, and when I requested them be removed from my bill received huge attitude from manager. Will not be eating here again. Huge disappointment in lack of service and professionality.

I do not have access to private messages--I do know he likes to hire better people all the time. Maybe he knows her? I went on her Facebook and it says she works at a another restaurant in town. Maybe he goes there? IDK-maybe ask him. I can ask him later today if it is still an issue for you. Last night, we had a waitress leave work because it was overwhelming and there was a no call no show as well. It's really hard to find reliable staff.
