Went up to the restaurant to get menus because we were unable to find one ANYWHERE online. Decided what we all wanted, attempted to call for over an HOUR! Everytime, busy signal...apparently they need to start monitoring their staff and how much time they spend chatting on the phone instead of doing their jobs. This is the second time I've had issues with this establishment, and they can forget about getting my business again. We were there (party of 4) on Jan 7th for breakfast. Took some time for the food to arrive and when it came...it was lukewarm! Very disappointed. I have come to understand this is a common complaint about We Hop. Of course we will return one day...and hope the service and food will not disappoint again.
