Fantastic service! I've used this carpet cleaning company in Morgan Hill several times for all kinds of stains, from tea and red wine to pet accidents. Roger was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different cleaning solutions and methods used to get rid of each stain. I would definitely use them again, and I always recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COST! This company is horrible! Not professional, in and out quickly and left the couches in worse condition that prior to cleaning. They showed up late, left all the debris from cleaning in the street in front of our driveway, left a coke bottle filled with urine by our mailbox and left water puddles all over our hardwood floors, and a horrendous smell once they were done. This carpet cleaning service is truly top-notch! My carpet had a really stubborn odor that just wouldn’t go away no matter how much I cleaned it at home. The team came to my house in Morgan Hill and picked up the rug super quickly. They promised it would come back fresh and clean, and they definitely delivered.
