Each member of this business, We Do Locksmith are very professional. I was impressed with the first locksmith who came quickly to help me with creating a new key to my car. I also had several questions concerning the operation to my key and faced a car dilemma, however, I was able to get an immediate response from the actual owner! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 star service The locksmith, Alti, arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He was professional knowledgeable courteous calm and kind throughout the service call. He was able to unlock the vehicle within 5 minutes of his arrival. Very much appreciate the reasonable cost, quick response time and very efficient service that he provided Many forms of payment accepted including ApplePay, major credit cards, debit cards or cash. Highly recommend!

Terrible, horrible customer service. The worst EVER! AND...what a rip-off! I was quoted (by a female clerk) $50.00 to program two keys. She could not do it. A scruffy guy with a bad attitude and a cigarette dangling from his mouth, told me that the key would have to be programmed with a machine. He told me that he could do two keys for $120. It is a rip-off, but I was already there. It took him no more than 5 minutes. But he could only program one of the keys. Due to one of our employees being out of town and not leaving the company truck keys with us, we had to have a locksmith come out and cut another key so that we could continue with our day and conduct business as usual... I called a dispatch company, Fast Locksmith, that sent us to We Do Locksmith and they handled the service call. The rep that took the service call, Ace, was prompt and courteous.
